At AI School, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content. Due to the digital nature of our courses, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our courses are digital products that grant immediate access to content upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed. Additionally:

  • Learning progress and XP earned cannot be reversed
  • Certificates issued upon completion are permanent

Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate payment.
  • Technical inability to access: If a verified technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing purchased content for an extended period (more than 7 days), and we are unable to resolve it, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Unauthorized transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact both your bank and our support team immediately.

How to Request an Exception

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • The course name and purchase date
  • Your Razorpay payment ID (found in your confirmation email)
  • A detailed description of the issue

Course Validity

Purchased courses have a validity period (typically 365 days). No refund will be issued for expired course access. You may repurchase the course at the current price to regain access.
