1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI School platform (“Platform”) operated by Futurelab Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Course Access & Enrollment

Free Content: Certain sections of courses are available for free to all registered users. Free access does not require payment and is available as long as you maintain an active account.

Paid Courses: PRO course sections require payment. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the full course content for the validity period specified on the course page (typically 365 days from the date of purchase).

Access Expiry: Course access is time-limited. After the validity period expires, you will need to repurchase the course to regain access.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases or active enrollments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course materials, text, images, videos, quizzes, code, illustrations, and design — is the intellectual property of Futurelab Studios and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own learning purposes only.

6. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued when you complete all required lessons and assessments within a course. Certificates are issued in your registered name and include a unique verification ID. Certificates do not expire once earned.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or share course content
• Use automated tools to access or scrape Platform content
• Attempt to bypass payment requirements or access restrictions
• Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content in community spaces
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, salary increases, or job placements resulting from course completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futurelab Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for any purchased courses.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
